Call2Recycle Canada, Inc. Elects Norman Clubb as Chairperson of its Board of Directors

Call2Recycle Canada, Inc. which operates the country's first and largest consumer battery stewardship program, has elected Norman Clubb as Chairperson of its Board of Directors. Clubb, who most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Diversey Holdings Inc., has served on the Call2Recycle Canada, Inc. Board of Directors since 2013. Norman succeeds Susan Nieuwhof of Procter & Gamble (P&G) Canada who served as Chairperson since 2013.

With over 25 years of senior executive experience with large multi-national companies, Clubb's strong leadership and expertise will contribute to advancing Call2Recycle Canada's mission to continue providing Canadians with a safe, simple and reliable battery stewardship program.

As Chair of the Board, Clubb will guide the overall strategic direction and growth strategies for the Canadian battery stewardship program. Call2Recycle Canada serves as the preferred battery recycling program for the Canadian federal government, New Brunswick, and many major retailers, along with status as the approved battery recycling program in British Columbia, Manitoba and Quebec.

Prior to joining Diversey Holdings Inc., Clubb led Unilever's out of home food business for the Americas as Regional President and Chief Operating Officer, successfully turning around a loss-making operation to growth and profitability.
